After punishing my bike and body, I took a leisurely day to play one of the more remote frisbee golf courses in the world. This trip also gave the Little Escort that Could its name.

Mountain biking Moab

Moab has been called the mountain biking capital of the world, and for good reason. I stopped in Moab on two previous hiking trips in southern Utah, but I never got the chance to go biking, so I spent the first few days doing just that.
